Whereas, some other researchers have found out completely the opposite saying that pole suffering from such cancer were just cured and their condition was better after drinking green tea. No further studies could exactly explain the health implications of this wonderful hot beverage.

2. Tasseomancy

Tasseomancy is a form of divination which comes from the consumption or usage of tea. 3. Polluted Tea

High amounts of fluoride intake could lead to dental flourosis among children and people. Also, some studies have also pointed out the fact that it could also contribute to the Alzheimer’s disease and thus the polluted tea needs to be filtered and treated as an immediate concern.

Burma has definitely a very different and distinct way or producing flavored tea called the lappet. The tea leaves are first softened, then they are allowed to cool down and are rolled tightly, and left for them to age. The Lappet is one of the most popular and mandatory dishes in Burma for all social occasions. The pickled tea is served on a tray in the middle, surrounded by other garnishes such as shrimps, sesame seeds, garlic, peanuts and dry peas.

Borrowed from the Indian culture, the Masala Chai is a type of tea mixed and flavoured with black tea along with spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, black pepper and vanilla. In proper translation, the Masala Chai is actually known as the spiced tea, where the milked or black tea is mixed

L-Thiamine is another stimulating product mixed in the cup of tea, which is actually the reason why people prefer tea more to coffee. This particular product helps you relax without actually making you feel the need to sleep or take a nap, and also improves brain memory. 7. Decaffeinating Tea

Because all the types of tea or coffee available around us is caffeinated, researchers have found out and given us a new way to decaffeinate tea. As one wants to get rid of all those chemicals and have a healthy drink, all we need to do is make sure that we don’t consume the tea which is brewed for the first time. The brewed tea needs to be washed for the first time and then re-brewed to remove the caffeine completely from the tea leaves.

Though the process of decaffeinating tea is a little complex and time consuming, it is believed that the first batch of tea needs to be brewed for a good 10 minutes which will give you a 90 percent free caffeinated tea. It is all about brewing the tea more to get rid of more amounts of caffeine from the tea.

Soy Lecithin is a product used in many tea products as it is known to have a large number of health benefits. Lecithin has been found to be effective in combating ulcerative colitis or the inflammatory bowel disease, along with other dimensional diseases such as the Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and bipolar disorders. Recently, the famous and well known tea brand, Celestial Seasonings had been scrutinized for using soy lecithin in their products as many people could be allergic to soy products.
